Your brain subconsciously adapts to fight people around your elo which have distinct habits and paterns in each bracket. Diamonds arent that much better than plats at all really. Golds as well. They just fight differently. I dont even take this game competitively anymore.
WebMy best advice to you would be to play casually and take lots of risk when learning, its worth testing to see just how far you can push your stage advantage/ extend combos against certain opponents, its worth mixing up between playing mostly grounded vs aerial and more aggressive/neutral etc in the middle of the match to test your opponent. WebInstead of just unconsciously doing attacks which probably make little sense, watch your opponent and respond to what they do. Constant reading is the key to winning, and make sure you mix up your own play. A lot of lower players I see (and even some higher) tend to just go for the same tactics over and over and wonder why they lose.
