I recently purchased a 686 deluxe Talo 3" and absolutely love this gun. It is my first revolver ever, and love the Rosewood grips. It shoots like a dream right out of the box and at 3 lbs the recoil on the mag loads is very manageable. As far as the IL, I plan on removing the flag and plugging the hole at some point.
